I know with our busy schedules it is hard to find time to read and learn something new.
I too was having a problem with this, not to mention I used to absolutely hate to read.
So how did I get up to a book or more a day? Well to be honest there are some days I too get to busy to finish a book though on average I do try to complete a book a day not including podcast. I am able to do so through audiobooks. I fortunately sit at a desk all day besides meeting of course and I am able to listen to audiobooks while I work.
The tough part has been reading with my eyes and listening to another book with my ears which I admit at times is quite difficult.
If you haven’t ever did audiobooks you can do so for free through https://librivox.org/ it however does not have the newer books that I have been reading most lately, but it does have most if not all of the classics and they are free. They do also have an app for the iPhone which you can find the links here. LibriVox App.
I do list books on here with reviews of books I have read and paid for and yes I am affiliated to most of them cause hey got to pay for the server some how. Though this source I am not affiliated with and make absolutely nothing off of and I just though I would share this awesome resource to get you started reading more.
I have learned so much since I have taken the journey to read at least a book a day and I am learning more each day. I encourage to read more and learn.
In closing I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes.
True wisdom is knowing that you know nothing. – Socrates
